If you have any issues registering, please contact the Invest Technology Department at 1-800-242-4732, option 1, then option 3.  During the registration Process you will assign your own unique user ID, password and picture ID.  The Financial Organization Number for your accounts will always be: 5VR. 

When registered and logging into  www.myedocumentsuite.com , you will be asked for the Financial Organization Number (5VR) and the User ID your created.  When you correctly enter the requested information, you will then see a screen with the picture ID you selected and be prompted for your password.   You may also be asked a security question if you are signing in on a computer other than the one you initially used when registering.  If you are asked a security question that you did not provide a response to, you have probably entered an invalid User ID.
